Originally identified by Dr. Arnold Kegel as a way of preparing the female body for childbirth, pelvic floor (Kegel) exercise has proven to be an effective method in the prevention and treatment of a number of urinary, bowel and sexual disorders. This can also be applied to men, with the additional benefit of reducing prostate inflammation.
